Feedback/ideas
Publicity/graphic look and feel. I could have done more with this but I started too late. If we could do it enough in advance, it would be nice to have a thematic graphic to unify the displays to some degree.
A half sheet self-guide / orientation through the stations would be nice. We could have a drop box at the end for people to leave them and recycle.
I like the idea of a giant world map (prehaps next to the prayer tent) if anyone wants to add a prayer for some part of the world that isn't highlighted in our stations. A stylized, oversized globe/map showing countries done by 2100 would be cool and could be reused.
Similar to the giant map idea, we could have a section of the room devoted to groups or issues that we hadn't thought of in advance or covered (such as the LGBT display). Perhaps a 4x8 sheet of foamboard with sheets of (say) yellow construction paper to give a title. Then people could cluster prayers around those title sheets.
a group credit card for food (as you already mentioned) would be helpful
an idea would be to set up the room with a roped off section on the outside of the curtain where various displays could be set up during non-room hours (perhaps one each day) for people to see as they walk by (like was done with the black lives matter display).
a bull horn for prayer mob leaders :)
