08/22/18 form response to Eric S. review:
In what ways have you partnered with Eric on staff this year? * Conferences: we went to NAIITS, as well as two conferences for networking purposes, as well as WJEF and a visit to a tribal college. We have also worked on regional prayer meetings and strategy. He has helped develop relationships with Native elders.
What are 2-3 ways Eric has blessed you and or our ministry? * I appreciate Eric's warm friendship and thoughtful insights. He is a great partner to have in situations where we are building ministry relationships.
What do you see as Eric's strengths, gifts, talents? * Support, prayer, and relationship building.
What are some places where Eric needs to grow? * I think it is easy for Eric to slip into an adviser role. I don't know if this is so much an area where Eric needs to grow, but it would be nice to find an area of Native IV ministry where Eric was in an initiating role or responsible for directly maintaining some area of ministry. I wonder if a coaching role with particular students or staff would be a good fit. Perhaps a better balance between being "all things to all men" and limiting himself to areas of strength. I feel like when the latter happens, he tends to get overlooked. Anything else you want Eric to know?
all the genealogy stuff (incl. notes below) I moved to https://sites.google.com/a/pbacres.net/oneida_research/genealogy
Earlier in the month met up with David Webster, also looked into Haskell geneology. Texted this to David.
Wade Popp, 816-268-8028 is his direct line (I called Haskell first, and they referred me to the National Archives).
Facebook response: Good morning sir. I would direct you to contact Ms. Jancita Warrington at jwarrington@haskell.edu or call the Cultural Center at 785-832-6686 in order to follow-up with your inquiry. She is the Director of the Cultural Center and will have the most accurate information. You might also be able to contact them through their Facebook page at: Haskell Cultural Center and Museum. #OnwardHaskel emailed her 08/24/18
