Mailing list contains basic contact information by year -- not duplicated elsewhere
save by year
transfer some to alumni database for PLs
gContacts contains information on students I contact regularly
IV log is for taking current notes -- important information should be transferred to Appointment Notes or some other more permanent place.
Appointment Notes is a log of student appointment progress notes
LCF picture directory has clips of FB pictures to identify students
