Dr. Sukeena (sp?) issue of protocol: who do I need to do protocol with if I am a new person entering a land. Sometimes you need to do it with non-native institutions (rival tribe, like UW-Madision native office: diversity office, multi-cultural office, focus on ethnic constituencies, ). Element of diagnosis. Who are the gatekeepers? Who will let you in, who wants you out? Establish credibility. Indigenous identity deeper look.

Suuqiina (inuit name, he is intuit from Alaska) speaker tour, FR tour, raises money for Indigenous Messengers ministry (ministry since 90s, Messianic Church in Israel connection -- see his website, he is a Christian). Eric has friends who have a daughter at LU (violin). S. is connected to various churches.
