Planting/evangelism smoothie went well at Urbana. Beau & SMily [what?]
Adopt a campus toolkit (?) going to a neighboring school to plant. This is supposed to be user-friendly for students to use. (2) ONS and evangelism training. Sarah Shin will be using 5 th at ONS. (3) we are going to gather in S California in April. This is easiest logistically. 3rd week of April. April 22- 25. They will get back to us with more detail.
(4) evangelism 3.0 is coming. Doug & James 2.0. New evangelism format is coming. Jamie is going to run department & all pilot projects, will transfer money or not, make sure tools are moving towards excellence. Doug has been the bottlenecks. Don't offer money to anyone until the project is ratified. [but what do we need money for?]. Another part of restructure is to redo what echamps is for. It will relate to the 2030 calling. Earlier, it was what do you want to dream up? 2013-2014. 15-16 better ideas. They are going to tell us which projects to do. If our idea doesn't get us to 2030, then they will say no. Have to prove 2030 calling worth. 3 places to plug in. (A) - regional overhaul. GLW, Central, NY/NJ (?). (B) every corner -- reach and disciple. Eva e.g. Int'l. Kate is LGBTQ (3) 2030 innovators. Bring most important projects to test on campus.
Probably B would be best for NM.
