Jesse Stowell, Andy T., Robert, Ryan L.
- share 4 things: senior programming, chapter account parent ask, TYs to school account donors, fup with class of 2016.
- Andy has the following curriculum: church/ministry, workplace/community, relationships/family, finances/possessions
- goal for recent alumni: keep asking until they give or say no
- senior programming: the idea is to care for them well in this stressful transition
- After College I should have it already as free staff book. has many great topics by chapter, 1st part on how do we engage transition. Author (she) uses a lot of Dave Ramsey stuff. Do a direct communal ask.
Senior exit interviews -- Ryan will be pushing a guide to us soon.
He would like to do a whole year of senior programming.
Class Gift. - bring up in interview that we will be talking about this at one of the dinners. We need more examples of this.
Q; difference between class gift and individual gift.
A: 3 ways to do it. 1. challenge for each to give $100, 2. we want to raise this amount X, which would mean % from you. 3. Everyone takes their individual gifts and pools it from everyone. Perhaps a 3 year pledge (generally a pledge not a gift) -- if they all put their name to it is motivating to do it together.
Staff leaves the room and they decide what it will be. You may need to do the math for them.
