Strategic Planning for Non-Profit Organizations: ... rec. by Alec Hill to Megan. We are going to be following this plan.
National strategic plan should launch next July. Megan got an email outlining the process, which will take all of this fiscal year (start next July 2018). We will do a 24 month plan. Megan's sabbatical, Jan - June of 2018.
Hilary and I will be working on the recources.
v10. foreigners.
Isa 60. See shared doc.
Scott and Bonnie ? Anderson. transplants will help rebuild walls. outsiders coming in to help with the work. I feel less squeamish about receiving help from outsiders. Brennan, Jeanette Yep, etc. weren't native but invested.

Randy Woodly's book, SHalom and the community of creation. Connect to spiritual direction (cf. gardening) to help IV people understand. God "formed" us from the earth.

growing in love for Creator,

Creator’s word,
Creator’s people of every ethnicity and culture and land --including our own,
and Creator’s purposes in their tribe, the land and the world.
...And to support and advocate for the flourishing of Native staff in InterVarsity.
HI "ina" includes land air water, people -- anything Creator creates
Land = home, the place the Creator put us to sustain us, the place we care for
We need to define and communicate this to other staff in a way they understand.
Article: What's up with the "land"? Why do Natives keep talking about this. Why does it matter?
