Native American Center -- native specific multicultural center. 4-5 staff there. Director, academic support, programming, secretary. These are the primary gatekeepers. The admin is not native. They recruit outside of Fort Louis. Many staff are former students. They don't really point people to them. They meet in the center (and have a key after 7 years). They provide people now for an NSO event at Ft.
4 supported dioceses of the Epis. church are mostly in Indian country.
National update:
AFR change -- Brennan. They will look into it when they switch to Flourish (new database to replace Oracle). Brennan may pilot that.
MPD advancement team wants to be at our meeting. Majority of training in regions. National stuff supplements. Josh Hall.
Native InterVarsity (on campus) vs. Native Ministies (feels less exclusive, but may leave people out that are
part of MEM matrix. Need clarity about CM. Clarify the partnerships.
Level 3 -- there own staff meetings, supervision
Level 2 -- most MEM ministries, some student conferences, don't have to be active in every region
Level 1 -- e.g. evangelism, supervise some, strategic resourcing
Durango location.
